ESTABLISHING NEW ACCOUNTS

1. Request a customer Log In ID and Password for potential new customer by email with a copy of the account clearance from Memphis.
2. Advise prospect log in data so they can fill in the Credit Application online. Please ensure that they fill in your Sales number.
3. Credit Application and Account Clearance will be forwarded to Memphis (with a copy to you) for processing and approval.
4. Upon Receipt of information from Memphis account will be set up awaiting shipments.

MOVING FREIGHT

1. ETS HP to have sales and customer data on hand prior to movement of shipments.
2. ETS HP to provide standardized Routing Sheet to shippers with custom documents available.
3. ETS HP to provide standardized Bills of Lading to shippers with custom documents available.
4. ETS HP to invoice customers direct.
5. All reporting and invoices available online through password protected infrastructure.
