HELPtrak! not only provides useful and powerful logistics management tools, it serves as a data hub with the ability to host multiple forms of data from order placement through invoicing freight with all necessary back up. Critical data is hosted within the system with structured and secure data access and reporting functions depending on where you fit in the supply chain.
EXPEDITING
Upon receipt of your secured Purchase Order data through electronic data transfer or manual entry, the expediting process begins. On a scheduled or "as needed" basis Expediting Requests are generated to suppliers. Responses are posted by line item into the system with complete back order information available online.
LOGISTICS
Specially designed Routing Instructions are developed to suit the needs of each client which are issued with buyer PO's to the suppliers detailing the how, when and where goods are to ship. These parameters are carried out with the cooperation of the supplier to ensure that the clients needs are met. With every shipment a complete document trail is generated and available online to all players involved in the Supply Chain.

Using advanced query screens, you, your staff, your client, suppliers, installers and / or contractors are able to generate dozens of detailed reports available: on screen, printed, or downloaded into Excel ®. If we are handling both the Expediting and Logistics Functions, the complete status of every line item is tracked and available online to all players in the supply chain: On order, back order, inventory in transit and delivered.
